SMS Terms & Conditions
Program terms for Ferguson Electric, Inc.’s optional employee text-update campaign (office announcements, storm notices, and callout notices), including opt-in, opt-out, help, frequency, and carrier disclosures.
These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Ferguson Electric, Inc. text messaging program (the “Program”) operated by Ferguson Electric, Inc. (“Ferguson,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Program is an optional texting service for Ferguson Electric employees. By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive SMS/MMS messages from Ferguson Electric, Inc., or by otherwise enrolling in the Program, you agree to these Terms.
Program: Ferguson Electric, Inc. optional employee SMS/MMS updates, including office announcements and storm or callout notices. This Program is not used for third-party marketing, and opting in is not a condition of employment.
Message frequency varies and may be higher during a storm or callout. Message and data rates may still apply.

1. Program Description
Ferguson Electric, Inc. may send optional text messages to enrolled employees related to office announcements, storm notices, callout notices, and responses to messages you send us. Messages may be sent as SMS or MMS (including photos or other media when needed for operational purposes). Messages are intended for Ferguson Electric employees who choose to enroll and may be sent from Ferguson Electric, Inc.’s business messaging number (currently +1 (855) 902-7141, subject to change).
The Program is not a marketing list and is not used to send promotional messages on behalf of unaffiliated third parties. Participation is voluntary. Program messages are not a substitute for 911 or other emergency services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, a Ferguson Electric employee (or otherwise authorized by Ferguson to enroll), and the authorized user of the mobile number you enroll. The Program is intended for employee workplace communications in the United States. We do not knowingly enroll minors.
3. Consent & Opt-In
By opting in (for example, by completing Ferguson Electric, Inc.’s physical SMS opt-in consent form, or another enrollment method we provide), you expressly consent to receive recurring informational text messages from Ferguson Electric, Inc. at the mobile number you provide. Messages may be sent using an automated system, a messaging platform, or by Ferguson personnel. Consent is optional and is not a condition of employment. Employees who do not want texts may decline to opt in. Supported carriers may vary; delivery is not guaranteed on all carriers.
Consent is specific to Ferguson Electric, Inc. and this Program. We will not treat consent collected for this Program as consent for an unaffiliated company’s marketing messages. We do not send Program messages to a mobile number unless that number has been enrolled through a documented Program opt-in.
4. Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies and may be higher during a storm or callout. Message and data rates may apply (including for MMS). Ferguson Electric, Inc. does not charge a separate fee to send or receive Program messages, but your wireless carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
5. How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to the number from which you received messages. You may also opt out by calling 855-852-2010 or emailing info@fergusonelectric.com and identifying the mobile number to be removed. We honor opt-out requests made by any reasonable method.
After we receive a valid opt-out request, we will send you a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS/MMS messages from that Program. We retain the opt-out record so that we do not text that number again for the Program. To rejoin later, complete a new consent form or follow the opt-in instructions provided at enrollment.

7. Shared Devices, Number Changes & Message Content
If other people can access the enrolled phone, they may see Program messages. You are responsible for the mobile number you enroll and must promptly tell us if you are no longer the subscriber or authorized user of that number, or if the number is reassigned. Do not text us sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, payment card data, passwords, or medical information. Jobsite and project messages may include addresses, schedules, access instructions, or photos; treat that information as business confidential.
8. Privacy
Mobile information is handled as described in our SMS Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties except as needed to deliver the messaging service.
9. Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Ferguson Electric, Inc. is not responsible for messages that fail due to carrier networks, device settings, or an incorrect or inactive mobile number.
10. Changes to the Program or Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program, or update these Terms, at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page by changing the “Last updated” date. If we change the Program from employee operational notices to marketing messages, change the sending brand, or otherwise make a material change to the consent you provided, we will obtain any additional consent required before sending those messages. Continued participation after non-material updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
